https://www.miamibeachfl.gov/city-hall/parking/miami-beach-resident-parking-rate-registration/ By registering you can receive up to 30 digital visitor street parking passes per quarter. Cost is about $3.00 each.
Service Animal Policy Reminder
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in all public areas, including streets, sidewalks, and all common areas within the property. This includes, but is not limited to, the lobby, garage areas, hallways, elevators, and pool area. This requirement is both a building rule and in accordance with applicable local regulations.

Storage Policy Reminder
Please be advised that the storage of personal items, including fruits, plants, flowers, furniture, baby goods, or any other belongings is not permitted in any common areas of the building. This includes, but is not limited to, the pool area, bike room, meeting room, and lobby. Any items left in these areas will be removed and discarded immediately without notice. We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain the appearance and safety of the building.
Package Pickup Reminder
Please be reminded to promptly retrieve any packages delivered to the building. Residents are expected to monitor their shipping notifications to ensure packages are not left in the lobby or near the mailboxes. Packages left in these areas create tripping hazards and are at a higher risk of being stolen or misplaced. Please note that the Association is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Short-Term Rentals
Management is aware of units being occupied as Airbnb or other short-term rentals. Please be advised that short-term rentals are prohibited and carry substantial fines imposed by the City of Miami Beach. Owners are responsible for ensuring their units remain in full compliance with all city and Association regulations. 2026 budget available under "Official Documents > Annual
